Structural Repair

Brickwork
Structural Masonry Repair.
When two parts of the same building are not tied in together in a proper manner from the build, it is possible for the two buildings to part company with each other.
This is where Joint stitching comes into its own, it is a simple and effective method of holding two walls or parts of a building together.
With this system the steel bars used, are normally high tensile steel, and are glued into the cut-out joints using a special resin.
This system is cheaper than underpinning and can in many cases solve the structural movement problem.
In more severe cases this system will often be used in conjunction with underpinning the foundations of the building.
